Cancelation Policy

All clients receive text/email reminders of their appointment 72 hours and 24 hours prior. I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore I requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Tardiness Policy

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

COVID-19 Policies

Reschedule Your Appointment If:
- You have a pending Covid-19 test
- You have any Covid-19, cold, or flu symptoms
- You have have been exposed to Covid-19
